Privacy policy

This policy explains what Pulse & Prime collects, why it is used and the choices available to visitors.

Pulse & Prime is an independent affiliate and editorial website. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through this website and its related contact, analytics, advertising and affiliate-tracking functions.

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, subject line and message when you contact us. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

When you visit the site, limited technical information may be processed, including IP address, browser and device information, user agent, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps and basic security logs.

Advertising and affiliate attribution information

We may process campaign parameters and identifiers such as UTM values, fbclid, ttclid, gclid, first-party visitor identifiers and random affiliate click IDs. These help us understand which page or advertisement generated an outbound click or qualifying conversion.

  • Measure page performance and outbound affiliate clicks
  • Attribute qualifying actions to an advertisement or affiliate link

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary first-party cookies may store attribution information, a random visitor identifier and your privacy choice. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are intended to load only after the required permission or other lawful basis.

4. Affiliate links and merchant websites

When you click an affiliate link, our server may create a random click ID and pass it to an approved affiliate network or merchant. The destination website may collect information under its own privacy policy. Pulse & Prime does not control the merchant's checkout, account, payment or order systems.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Depending on which features are enabled, service providers may include:

  • Cloudflare for hosting, security, server functions and storage
  • Google for tag management and analytics
  • Meta and TikTok for advertising measurement
  • Resend or another email provider for contact-form delivery
  • Affiliate networks, merchants and tracking partners for referral attribution

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the site, investigate abuse or defend legal rights.

6. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

Pulse & Prime does not sell personal information for money. Depending on applicable privacy law, the use of certain advertising or analytics technologies may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising” or a similar regulated activity. Visitors can select Necessary only, use a supported Global Privacy Control signal or contact us to exercise an applicable opt-out right.

7. Data retention

Unless a longer period is reasonably required:

  • Affiliate click-attribution records are generally configured to expire after approximately 90 days.
  • Conversion and deduplication records are generally configured to expire after approximately 180 days.
  • Contact inquiries may be retained for up to 24 months to respond, maintain a correction history or handle follow-up questions.
  • Hosting and security providers may retain logs according to their own policies and security needs.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion; obtain a copy of certain information; opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising; or appeal a denied request.

9. Children

This site is intended for a general adult shopping audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.

10. International visitors

Pulse & Prime targets US shoppers but may be accessed internationally. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, restricted environment secrets and access controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
